Synectic Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support efforts based in the Patuxent River, MD area.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across disciplines for fielded missiles programs and will direct problem definition, analysis, and implementation within logistics engineering. The role requires seven years of relevant experience, NAVAIR/PMA exposure, and exceptional communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience performing duties described in the role and responsibilities.
• NAVAIR and PMA experience is required.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills with senior leadership, internal and external to SSI.
• Ability to assess, apply, and improve established business processes; balance priorities in a fast-paced program office.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements, and implementation for complex logistics systems.
• Advise on system development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts.
• Perform risk assessments and analysis using modeling and simulation techniques.
• Assist in technical planning across disciplines and manage cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead a team of ~20 FTEs and support business growth for the PAX Area.
