Ideal candidates bring extensive naval propulsion maintenance experience, supervisory background, and ability to instruct Ship's Force personnel. The role focuses on HM&E, aviation equipment, C4I systems, and ensuring readiness for deployments.

Qualifications

• Twelve years experience in operation, repair, and maintenance of naval or marine propulsion machinery.
• Six years supervisory responsibility over a team involved in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Five years experience with shipboard propulsion plants or auxiliary machinery maintenance/repair, including naval systems.
• One year experience as a technical instructor.

Responsibilities

• Find, fix, and train Ship's Force equipment operators and maintenance technicians to enable work during deployments.
• Provide maintenance planning and expert guidance for overhaul and repair of equipment and systems on US Navy carriers and surface ships.
