Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Naval Logistician to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. This position is fully on-site and requires US citizenship with an active Secret clearance.

The role involves researching parts for boats and equipment, cross-referencing part numbers in the DoD stock system, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and military personnel. Strong experience in DoD logistics and ICAPS is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of logistics experience within DoD environment.
• Experience using the Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS).
• Experience working across large teams to drive a logistics agenda and manage complex data flows.

Responsibilities

• Performing technically accurate parts research using drawings, docs, manuals, and vendors to provision small boats and equipment.
• Executing parts research and part number cross-referencing across the DoD stock system.
• Managing parts acquisition and interfacing with customer personnel, vendors, and military personnel.
• Collecting, identifying, and annotating research data for entry into specialized databases.
• Recommending and implementing process improvements for logistics and procurement workflows.
