Synectic Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Logistician to support the Combat Survivability Division at NAS Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD. This on-site role focuses on LO Life Cycle Management and logistics sustainment for naval aviation assets.

Required are U.S. citizenship, an active TS clearance with SAP eligibility, and a strong background in program management and logistics within defense contexts. Travel up to 20% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active TS clearance and SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree (Business/Management/Technical/Scientific) plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in program management/technical/business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management.
• Experience delivering results on multi-level security projects.
• Experience in logistics/product support in defense or aerospace environments.
• Proficiency in managing DoD IPS elements and processes.
• Ability to elicit and document logistics and sustainment requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Strong skills in preparing technical documents, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Operate across multi-level security environments and communicate effectively.
• Summarize data and findings to support technical documents, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Evaluate logistics requirements to quantify capability gaps with LO sustainment.
• Elicit and document logistics requirements aligning with objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate logistics risks and maintain a risk register.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, program offices, contractors, and external agencies to ensure logistics needs are met.
• Analyze sustainment, readiness, and cost data to inform investment decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize logistics outcomes.
• Ensure proposed logistics solutions comply with DoD and NAVAIR policies and security requirements.
• Prepare and deliver clear logistics documentation and presentations.
