Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a senior program manager to support PMS 408 government staff by developing acquisition plans, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, and by coordinating teams from government and industry to deliver technical solutions.

You will collaborate with SMEs to collect requirements, align priorities, and support milestone achievement, leveraging Navy acquisition processes and secure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with 10+ years managing technical programs.
• Experience supporting Navy or Joint acquisition programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to produce reports and briefings.
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning support across acquisition, budgets, schedules, and coordination with government and industry.
• Develop COAs and recommendations; draft briefings and monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather requirements and align priorities for milestone achievement.
