Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks an Electrical Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet (CNSP) within the Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT).

The SME will deliver expert guidance and hands-on help for shipboard electrical equipment and distribution systems, reinforcing safety and readiness. Based in San Diego, CA, the role requires extensive CONUS/OCONUS travel to ship visits, with a SECRET clearance and over a decade of Navy electrical

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with operation and maintenance of electrical systems aboard warships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ungrounded 450-volt, three-phase AC systems.
• Familiarity with ungrounded 4,160-volt, three-phase AC systems.
• Direct operational and maintenance experience within the last five years with Navy equipment.
• Ability to travel extensively for shipboard RATT visits (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
