Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or five years of related experience in lieu.
• Four or more years of industry-related experience required.
• Two (2) or more years of natural gas scheduling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pipeline tariffs, nomination cycles, and gas measurement and allocation practices.
• Experience with natural gas scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Plant and Supply Nominations: manage daily/ monthly nominations for processing plants, gathering systems, producer supply, and residue gas deliveries; reconcile volumes and resolve discrepancies.
• Pipeline Nomination and Scheduling: nominate and schedule gas across Texas intrastate and interstate pipelines, storage facilities, hubs, pools, and interconnects; monitor confirmations and capacity constraints.
• Flow, Inventory, and Imbalance Management: monitor daily gas flows, storage activity, line pack, positions, and imbalances; reconcile with actuals and manage penalties.
• Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: inform traders, originators, plants, producers, pipelines, marketers of changes; maintain relationships.
• Market and Operational Support: monitor capacity constraints, notices, and events; support contingency planning and opportunities for supply, transport, storage, interconnects.
