• Required: Juris Doctor degree; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security; 12+ years total experience with 5+ years in national security, technology, or cyber security; Active TS/SCI clearance; Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support DoW’s input into CFIUS and Team Telecom processes; develop risk mitigation options; monitor and ensure compliance of CFIUS mitigation agreements; create and maintain SOPs for mitigation of foreign investment risk in product integrity, supply assurance, collocation, and technology transfer.
