Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a senior Business Development Executive for Private Client Services to originate high-net-worth client relationships on a national basis. The role covers complex tax planning, trusts & estates, family office services, outsourced accounting, and advisory solutions tailored to UHNW individuals and families.

The successful candidate will build strategic relationships with wealth management firms, private banks, RIAs, family offices, and law firms, converting these into firmwide

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior-level business development or advisory experience.
• Extensive national network across high-net-worth advisors and COIs.
• Proven track record of originating large PCS/private wealth engagements.
• Executive presence and credibility with HNW/UHNW families and advisors.
• Strong negotiation and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new PCS clients nationally.
• Achieve a new business target of $1.2 million annually from qualified engagements.
• Build and expand relationships with private banks, wealth managers, RIAs, family offices.
• Serve as a senior ambassador for PCS among HNW networks and advisors nationwide.
• Identify PCS needs among principals and owners of corporate relationships.
