Job summary

EisnerAmper in New York is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive for Private Client Services (PCS) to originate high-net-worth client relationships nationwide. You will build strategic partnerships with wealth managers, private banks, RIAs, family offices, and law firms to drive growth and revenue while representing the PCS practice across markets.

The role requires a deep national network, executive presence, and a proven track record in sourcing multi-million-dollar engagements;

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior-level business development or advisory experience.
• Active national network across high-net-worth advisors and COIs.
• Proven track record of originating PCS/private wealth engagements.
• Executive presence with HNW/UHNW families and advisors.
• Strong negotiation and strategic advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive national acquisition of PCS clients.
• Meet annual new business target of $1.2M.
• Develop national relationships with banks and RIAs.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, pricing and terms.
• Mentor partners on market dynamics and COI strategy.
• Maintain pipeline management and CRM discipline.
