Job summary

ITA International, LLC is seeking a Senior Joint Strategy Analyst to join the Arlington, VA team onsite with limited telework. The role supports the National Guard Bureau's Joint Staff J5, delivering strategic analysis, policy guidance and coordination of the National Guard Strategy and related plans.

Requires extensive prior military or equivalent civilian experience and a Top Secret clearance. The position emphasizes development of briefing materials, coordination with interagency partners,

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Military or Civilian experience in the Army, Air Force, National Guard, or other military service.
• 5+ years' experience researching and developing analysis of, or inputs to Joint Strategic Planning System products and processes; briefing senior officials.
• Familiarity with National Guard roles, homeland operations, and joint staff structures; knowledge of relevant DoD directives (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and detailed analysis to National Guard Bureau Senior Leaders on national strategic issues.
• Develop and coordinate the National Guard Strategy, National Guard Bureau Strategic Plan, and related documents.
• Draft executive summaries, information papers and briefings for senior leaders across Joint Staff and NGB.
