Job summary

Chobani seeks a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class activations across the United States. You will lead planning, logistics, warehousing, setup, execution, and post-event reporting for consumer sampling programs and brand experiences.

The role requires extensive travel, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the activation calendar. Strong production leadership and problem-solving in fast-paced field environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, or large activations.
• 3+ years as primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
• Proven track record from scoping and budgeting through execution and reporting.
• Experience leading crews, vendors, drivers, warehouses, field teams, and concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out for premium brand execution.
• Serve as onsite production lead and resolve issues related to safety, timing, budget, and consumer experience.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and branding assets between warehouses, markets, and events.
• Manage vendors with clear scopes, budgets, and deliverables; track quality, safety, and costs.
