Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C carrier underwriting experience.
• National Accounts loss-sensitive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite casualty lines for large accounts (>500 employees) with loss-sensitive plans.
• Assist Field Team in underwriting new business opportunities from brokers and agents, and manage renewals.
• Analyze information to assess and price risk for each account and opportunity.
• Collaborate with Field Team on portfolio management and growth while maintaining profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand The Hartford's National Accounts reach and profitability.
