Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in customer service management, logistics coordination, or account management.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.
• Experience managing complex projects, National Accounts, or serving in a team lead capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, Tableau), and WMS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account leadership for National Accounts or large-scale clients, managing complex program rollouts and supply chain integration.
• Lead QBRs and strategic planning meetings with key clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor and train junior staff; identify process gaps and drive system enhancements (e.g., WMS upgrades, SOPs).
• Assist the Customer Service Manager with special projects and workflow planning.
