Job summary

You will establish broad relationships with key decision-makers, influence coverage and reimbursement decisions, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Access Services and HEOR to deliver payer value propositions and contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biopharma with payer/account experience.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationships with managed care organizations.
• Understanding of market access, coverage and reimbursement.
• Compliance with healthcare laws and Jazz policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute market access strategies across Commercial and Medicare.
• Build and manage relationships with Emisar, Optum Rx and United Healthcare.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and HEOR to address access challenges.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and update stakeholders.
