CD PROJEKT RED in Boston, MA is seeking a Lead Narrative Producer to guide the narrative development for Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. You will lead a production team, shaping story, quests, mocap, VO, and cinematic workflows.

The role requires 10+ years as a producer in AAA games, a proven track record delivering large-scale narrative titles, and strong leadership in cross-functional, Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development.
• Proven track record leading AAA narrative RPG projects.
• Experience with story, quests, cinematics, and animation.
• Experience with Mocap, Perfcap and VO production.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership in Agile environments.
• Expert Jira/Confluence knowledge and usage in production workflows.
• Experience building and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the production team.
• Drive narrative production for story, quests, mocap, VO, and cinematics.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align with vision.
• Build cohesive, high-performing teams empowered to self-organize.
• Oversee production processes: planning, scheduling, roadmaps, requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize delivery with frequent integration.
• Ensure vision and goals are clear at all levels of the org.
