Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development.
• Proven track record shipping AAA titles and leading producers.
• Collaborates effectively across the full game development lifecycle.
• Leads cross-functional teams in an Agile environment with empowerment.
• Experience building and growing teams.
• Deep understanding of pipelines, engineering best practices, CI and DevOps.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Proactive problem-solving and positive mindset.
• Experience using project management tools to streamline production.
