With 7+ years of experience in international trade law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally, you will support regional supply chain functions while engaging with global legal teams. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in international trade law, preferably in-house or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. trade laws and familiarity with Canadian and Mexican trade regimes.
• Experience working with U.S. agencies such as CBP, Commerce, and ITC.

Responsibilities

• Advise on compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
• Counsel business teams on tariff exposure.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export control laws.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with customs brokers.
• Develop compliance policies for trade.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate complex regulations into practical business guidance

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
