Faurecia is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This role involves supporting financial planning, consolidation, and performance management across North America, including multiple plants and functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and Excel skills, along with experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for financial analysis and partnering with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Senior Analyst.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or industrial.
• Experience working in multi-site and cross-border (U.S./Mexico) environments.

Responsabilités

• Support regional financial planning and analysis.
• Consolidate financial results and manage intercompany eliminations.
• Develop and implement automated processes for financial data collection.
