Parts Town is seeking a VP, Accounting - North American Distribution. You will lead accounting across a multi-site network, ensuring accurate inventory accounting, COGS, and margins while delivering SOX-ready processes for a fast-growth organization.

You will partner with Distribution, Supply Chain, Procurement, and FP&A, building a scalable, controllership-driven function. CPA leadership, ERP program oversight, and cross-border considerations are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license and US GAAP expertise.
• Experience leading multi-site accounting operations in distribution/retail/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American distribution accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close across centers.
• Own balance sheet and income statement accuracy with reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Establish consistent accounting practices across sites and support US/Canada tax requirements.
• Provide executive visibility into accounting risks and close performance.
