Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of water/wastewater engineering design experience.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and municipal systems.
• Familiarity with IEPA, IDEM, and MWRD permitting processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design water and sanitary sewer mains, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Develop and evaluate hydraulic models.
• Manage project delivery, construction administration, and field inspections.
• Coordinate with municipal clients and regulatory agencies.
