OHM Advisors, a Community Advancement firm, seeks a Municipal Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects and manage engineers, planners, and technicians across multiple sites. You will build strong client relationships, align project goals with client needs, and drive high-quality outcomes within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Site Civil Engineering or Municipal Engineering.
• PE license in KY or IN or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Experience with PSMJ or PMI methodologies.
• Extensive design experience including grading, water mains, sewers, roads, and stormwater.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of diverse projects.
• Define outcomes, metrics, and success criteria with clients.
• Develop scopes, WBS, and schedules with milestones.
• Oversee design, mitigate risks, ensure QA, manage workflow to deadlines.
• Facilitate permits and entitlements within OHM’s scope.
• Support bidding, respond to RFIs, site visits, and progress meetings.
• Manage budgets and invoicing; ensure closeout processes.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and expectations.
