French & Parrello Associates in Wall, NJ is seeking a Project Manager for the Municipal Services Department to lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects, including roadways, drainage, and water systems.

The role oversees scope, schedule, budget, and construction documents, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, interfaces with clients and agencies, mentors staff, and supports proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of municipal engineering or public infrastructure design and delivery.
• PE license in New Jersey required.
• Experience managing municipal projects from concept through construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to clients and public agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and overall project delivery.
• Prepare, review, and oversee calculations, specifications, reports, and documents.
• Oversee development of plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.
• Act as primary contact for municipal clients, agencies, and utilities.
• Lead client meetings and public presentations.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction.
• Provide senior field support and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with codes and agency requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
