Job summary

PrideNow, a Pride Global division, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Medford/Coos Bay, OR to lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate design, construction oversight, and client communications while mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, contractor coordination, and aiding clients with funding applications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE registration in Oregon or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 15+ years of municipal infrastructure experience.
• Strong water and wastewater engineering background.
• Experience with infrastructure rehabilitation and utility coordination.
• Strong technical and field experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement projects.
• Design and oversee water, wastewater, stormwater, treatment, pump station, and storage systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure operations and develop improvement plans.
• Manage subcontractors, contractors, bidding, construction oversight, and project closeout.
• Support clients with funding sources and funding applications.
• Serve as a technical authority and mentor junior engineers.
• Guide utility providers in modernizing aging infrastructure.
• Manage project delivery and client expectations.
