Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a civil engineering project manager to lead diverse projects across architecture, engineering, planning, and surveying disciplines. You will drive project planning, client collaboration, and successful outcomes from scope through closeout.

Responsibilities include guiding design and permitting, coordinating production teams, and mentoring junior engineers. A PE license in IN or KY is preferred, with strong communication and a passion for community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Site Civil or Municipal Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Kentucky or Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure within 120 days.
• Training or experience in PMI/PSMJ methodologies.
• Extensive design experience: grading, water/main lines, sewers, roadways, stormwater.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of diverse projects; define outcomes and milestones.
• Coordinate design, permits, RFIs, site visits, and progress meetings; manage budgets and invoicing.
