The role offers diverse municipal project experience and collaboration with public agencies, in a culture that prioritizes people-first leadership. Positions are available in Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with leading projects.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience producing civil engineering plans.
• Experience with municipal project design.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Budget development and management experience.
• Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel for development and project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver municipal engineering projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Manage scope, schedules, staffing, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact with clear communication.
• Ensure delivery requirements, standards, and deadlines are met.
• Lead project pursuits including contracts and progress updates.
• Mentor staff and provide professional development guidance.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance project outcomes.
• Adhere to Quality Control processes for accuracy and compliance.
