This role offers diverse municipal project experience across Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire offices, with mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of relevant civil engineering experience with project leadership.
• PE license preferred; experience with municipal project design is essential.
• Strong communication and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality municipal engineering projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Manage project scope, schedules, staffing, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure all delivery requirements, standards, and deadlines are met.
• Lead project pursuits, including contracts and progress updates.
• Provide mentorship and professional development to staff.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal resources to enhance project outcomes.
• Adhere to internal Quality Control processes for accuracy and compliance.
