• Lockout/tagout procedures knowledge.
• Fire safety and extinguisher use.
• Hazardous waste awareness.
• Fall protection.
• Blueprint reading.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Pool and Spa Certification.
• GMM Level 7 training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, masonry, painting, glazing, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility systems to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, piping, and drainage components.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems including lighting, wiring, and control circuits.
• Service HVAC equipment and distribution systems, thermostats, and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair doors, locks, windows, ceilings, trim.
• Complete carpentry, masonry, painting, drywall, and minor construction tasks.
• Layout projects, estimate materials, and plan repair activities.
• Apply coatings, sealants, fillers, mortar, grout, and related materials safely.
• Perform welding and oxyfuel cutting as required.
• Collaborate with team members, provide guidance, and serve as acting supervisor when needed.
• Support safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in operations.
