Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• Training and knowledge in OSHA standards and safety practices.
• Pool and spa certification; GMM Level 7 training.
• Six years of maintenance experience in facilities or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, painting, glazing).
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility components to identify issues and apply effective solutions.
• Operate and maintain pools, filtration, and chemical treatment equipment; use tools safely.
• Complete work orders, PM documentation, inventory records, and reports accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and act as supervisor when needed, ensuring safety and reliability.
