Qualifications

• Master's degree (or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or Applied Math with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent Python programming skills with scalable model development and PyTorch.
• Strong ML/DL knowledge and foundation model architectures (Transformers, mixture-of-experts).
• Foundational understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms and implementation (MDPs, policies, rewards).
• Post-training multimodal model experience (audio-visual reasoning, voice chat, human-AI interaction).
• Experience managing model development lifecycles, dataset versioning, experiment tracking, and evaluation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for agentic systems encompassing audio-visual reasoning, tool usage, and document understanding.
• Advance post-training and alignment methods including instruction tuning, preference optimization, and RLHF/RLVR/MOPD for multimodal agents.
• Research agentic reasoning and grounded perception focusing on planning, tool execution, and long-horizon tasks across digital and physical environments.
• Lead collection, development, and benchmarking of multimodal datasets for high-quality evaluation of model accuracy and safety.
