NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior Deep Learning Scientist to advance multimodal AI and agentic systems. You will design and deploy large language models, focusing on audio-visual reasoning, tool usage, and document understanding.

Lead post-training alignment, distribution-scale training, and evaluation of multimodal agents, while driving innovations across Nemotron Omni and VoiceChat platforms. Your work will push state‑of‑the‑art AI research with real-world impact.

Competenze

Master’s degree (or PhD) in CS, AI, or Applied Math with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven programming in Python with PyTorch and scalable model development.
Strong knowledge of ML/DL techniques and foundation models (Transformers, MoE).
Foundational understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms and implementation.

Mansioni

Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for agentic systems (audio-visual reasoning, tool usage, document understanding).
Advance post-training and alignment methods (instruction tuning, preference optimization, RLHF/RLVR/MOPD).
Research agentic reasoning and grounded perception for planning, tool execution, and long-horizon tasks.
Lead the collection, development, and benchmarking of multimodal datasets with robust evaluation pipelines.
