Job summary

SpaLife Beauty is seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer to plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for our e-commerce platforms, website, and campaigns. You’ll own creative direction from concept through final execution, collaborating with our E-commerce and Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer from our Edison, NJ office with one remote day weekly.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional videography and photography experience.
Portfolio showing range across video and photography.
Track record of independently managing full productions.
Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok with platform-specific formats.
Creative instincts to pitch bold, unconventional ideas.
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop/Lightroom.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Firefly) in video/photo workflows.
Strong eye for lighting, composition, and brand style.
Comfort juggling multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience setting up lighting and camera equipment (DSLRs).
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for e-commerce and marketing campaigns.
Edit footage for web, social, email, ads, presentations, and sales materials.
Apply AI assisted tools for image generation, organization, rough cuts, upscaling, and retouching.
Respond to urgent content requests with in-house or AI-generated assets.
Color correct, sound design, motion graphics, and final polish of assets.
Collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into shot plans and production approaches.
Bring bold, unconventional ideas to every shot list.
Create, shoot, and edit content for Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with social media manager to elevate UGC and content library.
Stay current on platform trends and best practices.
Maintain a well-organized library of raw and finished footage.
