Job summary

SpaLife Beauty is seeking a Social Media Manager in Edison, NJ. You will own strategy for Instagram and TikTok, manage the content calendar, and engage with communities while collaborating with our Marketing team to support campaigns and product launches.

You will coordinate with our Multimedia Producer and Designer to turn concepts into on-brand posts, track performance, and provide insights for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years running organic social for a brand, ideally in beauty or consumer space.
• You are a fluent creative copywriter who goes beyond AI-generated copy.
• Deep experience with Instagram and TikTok growth, with proven results.
• Direct experience with influencers/creators from outreach to delivered content.
• Experience filming/editing content for social formats.
• Comfort with social analytics and reporting via native tools or Sprout Social, Later, etc.
• You turn data into a clear point of view, not just a report.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and post content across Instagram and TikTok; maintain brand voice.
• Set strategy for organic community growth, define pillars, cadence, and campaign support.
• Build and balance the content calendar; adapt plans as trends emerge.
• Bring bold, outside-the-box ideas to the content strategy.
• Apply an SEO mindset to all social copy and posts.
• Collaborate with Multimedia Producer and Senior Designer to execute content.
• Turn raw UGC into finished, on-brand posts; explore new formats.
• Source, vet, and manage influencer relationships from outreach to delivery.
• Own community management: respond to comments/DMs and monitor mentions.
• Track growth, engagement, and reach; tie to site traffic and sales.
• Share actionable insights with marketing; align social with campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing to tell a unified story across channels.
