Bungie is seeking a Senior Producer, Multimedia to lead end-to-end media production, from intake to delivery, across gameplay capture, art, design, video and livestreams. You will align Creative Leads, Brand & Marketing, external vendors, and finance to deliver projects to AAA studio standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and strategic scoping to enable high-quality outputs across multiple media formats.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience producing digital media or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multimedia content production across the project pipeline.
• Partner with studio stakeholders, creative leads, and vendors to align goals and delivery.
• Maintain cross-team communications with legal, PR, finance, localization, and development teams.
• Evaluate scope, hours, and costs with focus on efficiency and value.
• Manage meetings, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Refine production workflows and tools to maximize sustainable output.
• Assess team capacity and scale talent to meet business needs.
