Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, strong typography and layout skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or visual communications.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in web, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; strong layout, typography and color skills.
• Experience with motion design, 3D rendering, and web assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from concept to final production.
• Create design guidelines and templates across programs and grade levels.
• Design program materials, handouts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop web graphics, e-memos, banners, and ads.
• Mentor designers and coordinate with freelance artists as needed.
• Ensure accessibility standards and brand consistency across media.
