TeleSpecialists in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Multimedia Designer to lead visual identity across channels from concept to production in our in-house studio. You will design for social, web, email, print, and events, ensuring brand consistency across all assets.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in multimedia design, strong Adobe CC skills, and proven video production experience. This on-site role offers collaboration with marketing leadership and opportunities to shape healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, visual communication, or related field.
• Seven or more years of professional multimedia design experience with a diverse portfolio across video, motion, digital, social, and print.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce TeleSpecialists' brand standards across all channels.
• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for campaigns and assets.
• Lead in-house video production, photography, and motion graphics.
• Design for social content, emails, landing pages, print collateral, and events.
• Present creative direction to marketing leadership with clear rationale.
