Job summary

SCP Health is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to translate data into visual storytelling across digital and print channels. You will craft branding assets, develop video and motion content, and produce marketing collateral for websites, emails, social media, and blogs.

The role requires 5+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio showcasing branding and multi-channel campaigns, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in creative/graphic design.
• A portfolio showing branding, B2B/B2C campaigns, and digital media.
• Mastery of design principles: concept development, visual storytelling, typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Illustrator.
• Develop and implement designs in HTML for web-based applications and digital platforms.
• Experience across digital, social media, and print channels.
• Experience designing vector icons/illustrations.

Responsibilities

• Adapt brand messaging and assets for multiple channels within brand guidelines.
• Manage design projects from brief to completion and translate data into visuals.
• Create assets using photography, video, typography, storytelling, illustration, and motion design.
• Produce marketing assets for website, email, social, blogs, and landing pages.
• Create video and podcast content with stakeholders.
• Develop innovative brand activations to engage customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for concept development and graphic design.
• Create presentation decks and collateral like one-pagers and infographics.
• Illustrate figures, diagrams, and icons for various media.
• Oversee final asset production with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
