Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a senior designer to elevate our brand across digital and print channels. You will translate data into compelling visuals, manage multi-channel assets, and drive creative concepts from concept to completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in creative design, a robust portfolio, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. This role requires collaboration with Content, Events, Sales, and Corporate Communications teams.

Qualifications

• Design experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional creative/graphic design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality work across branding, B2B/B2C campaigns, and digital media.
• Mastery of design principles: concept development, visual storytelling, typography, layout.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Illustrator.
• Develop and implement designs in HTML for web-based apps and digital platforms.
• Experience delivering concepts across digital, social, and print.
• Experience designing vector icons/illustrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Adapt brand messaging and creative assets for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Take design projects from brief to completion, translating data into visual storytelling.
• Design and create assets using photography, video, typography, illustration, and motion design.
• Create and maintain marketing assets for website, email, social media, blogs, and landing pages.
• Produce video and podcast content in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Explore innovative ways for the brand to connect with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide concept development and graphic design.
• Prepare presentation decks and supporting collateral, such as infographics.
