Job summary
Pinnacle Financial Services is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Digital Content & Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role that moves ideas from concept to finished product, from shooting and editing video to creating social media graphics and updating website content.
The right candidate will work across video, graphic design, social media, and digital marketing, delivering engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and campaigns while helping
Qualifications
- Professional experience in video editing, graphic design, digital content creation, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and graphic design capabilities
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Experience shooting and editing professional-quality video
- Understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content
- Working knowledge of WordPress and visual page-building tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
- Experience with AI-powered creative, video, and design tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for YouTube, social media, company events, training, podcasts, and presentations
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop motion graphics, animations, titles, and other visual elements
- Repurpose long-form video into short-form digital content
- Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, events, presentations, and print materials
- Create infographics, promotional materials, advertisements, and other branded content
- Assist with logo and marketing-material development for external agents and partners
- Work with the Marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Help manage and grow Pinnacle's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Assist with content planning and social media campaigns
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results
- Help develop content designed to increase engagement, followers, video views, and brand awareness
- Update and create content within WordPress
- Assist with landing pages, web graphics, and other digital assets
- Support email marketing campaigns and digital communications as needed
