Job summary

All Native Group, the Federal Services division of Ho-Chunk Inc., seeks a Multimedia Specialist - Animations to design and develop audiovisual and graphics for training programs at FASTC in Blackstone, VA. You will collaborate with SMEs, multimedia specialists and instructional designers to ensure FLETA standards are met.

The role requires seven-plus years in graphics/multimedia, Blender expertise, and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Blender, including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting and compositing workflows.
• Knowledgeable in digital graphics and image editing software and desktop publishing programs.
• Intermediate knowledge of digital videography including editing and video camera operation.
• Knowledge of methods and materials used in design, production and reproduction of visual products.
• Basic understanding of computer gaming systems and networks.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads or assists in technical projects including AV equipment management and video shooting/editing.
• Provides oversight and project management for multimedia tasks.
• Supports classroom multimedia equipment and video/still photography for program offices.
• Develops digital displays and presentations and assembles audiovisual materials.
• Maintains up-to-date multimedia knowledge and manages document control of materials.
• Occasional local travel may be required and large projects may involve supervision of others.
