Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience managing multi-line claims.
• Proper Adjuster Licenses in applicable states.
• Hands-on experience and strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all claims related regulations.
• Provide technical expertise to TPA adjusters.
• Act as Service Manager for accounts written by NAC.
• Collaborate with internal units on issues and projects.
