Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in the Bay Area is seeking a seasoned Multifamily Superintendent to lead field operations on complex ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will own site safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, mentoring field staff and collaborating with the Project Manager to keep work on schedule.

This role offers a stable regional contractor with a strong backlog and a track record of delivering technically challenging builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as the primary Superintendent on multifamily or large-scale building projects
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field teams and trade partners
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, safety programs, and project scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from preconstruction to closeout
• Manage safety, quality, logistics, sequencing, and overall schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and documentation
• Work with the Project Manager and team to keep work on schedule and resolve field issues
• Mentor and support Assistant Superintendents and field staff
• Review plans and drawings for constructability and project execution
