Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations per TI Asset Management's standards.
• Develop, manage, and monitor property budgets.
• Foster tenant relationships and address resident concerns to reduce turnover.
• Lead and develop the onsite team to maintain high morale.
• Collaborate with leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage vendor contracts and maintenance programs.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management with financial metrics.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes to position assets competitively.
• Respond to property emergencies and support crisis management as needed.
