Greenfield Architects is seeking a Senior Project Architect – Multifamily Lead in Lancaster, PA (Hybrid, Full-Time). You will lead the multifamily studio, guiding design and technical excellence, managing client relations, and ensuring project profitability and quality.

The role requires a licensed architect with 7+ years US experience, strong Revit skills, and ability to mentor staff while coordinating internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with at least 7 years US experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field accredited by NAAB/NCARB.
• ≥5 years in multifamily residential project design/management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from proposals to contract management.
• Lead design through complete project lifecycle from design to construction.
• Mentor and train studio team and coordinate external firms.
