Job summary

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our multi-family communities. You will perform repairs, prepare vacant units, and apply HVAC 608 certification across electrical and plumbing tasks while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will collaborate with the service team, communicate effectively with residents and vendors, and help maintain curb appeal. A minimum of 3 years in multifamily maintenance and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with residents, associates, vendors and supervisors.
• Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance repairs: conduct general repairs and ensure functionality of systems.
• Unit preparation: ready vacant units for new residents to move in.
• Technical expertise: utilize HVAC 608 certification and perform electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Safety and cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe work area per safety standards.
• Communication: converse with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors to address issues.
• Team collaboration: work with service team to improve curb appeal and property standards.
