Qualifications

• 10+ years of interior design experience with multifamily portfolio.
• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design; licensure or NCIDQ preferred.
• Proven design leadership with strong aesthetic sense and constructability awareness.
• Experience collaborating with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of residential building systems, codes, detailing.
• Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint; 3D rendering skills a plus.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple phases with growing responsibility.
• Portfolio submission required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design-driven multifamily projects and interiors.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Develop clear design concepts with graphics, drawings, and narratives.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, and consultants to ensure design intent.
• Support design quality, coordination, and documentation across SD, DD, CD.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio culture.
• Assist with business development, proposals, interviews, and client relationships.
