• Plan, organize, and oversee assigned projects and acquisitions to meet mission objectives.
• Conduct technical reviews and present reports to Air Force and DoD leadership.
• Develop goals and objectives aligning engineering work with organizational goals.
• Balance workload and provide direction to team on engineering and administrative issues.
