Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. in Florida is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager (TGS) to support the Air Force TMAS III contract. You will coordinate planning, cost estimates, and execution of 96 CTG test projects at Eglin AFB, involving test requirements, scheduling, and documentation.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in DoD acquisition project management or related testing. Travel ~10% and mentoring are included.

Qualifications

• Air Force acquisition project management experience is required.
• Experience designing and implementing DoD test strategies for software or hardware.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support for a wide range of 96 CTG test projects.
• Prepare test cost estimates, customer test agreements, test directives, and other project documentation.
• Initiate and develop test requirements and supervise complex test projects including mission planning systems, flight testing, weapons testing, electronic warfare testing, software testing, and cybersecurity testing.
• Provide training and mentoring to 96 CTG project managers on test processes, project management processes, metrics, and budget control.
• Manage the financial status of test projects-including coordinating with financial managers, monitoring funding documents, verifying expenses, and ensuring compliance with DoD financial and contractual guidance.
• Coordinate test resource requirements with customers, leadership, and test engineering personnel.
• Coordinate project approvals, safety, technical support, range management, facilities, logistics, security, frequency management, and reporting for assigned programs.
• Manage project information using Government test management systems for documentation workflows, financial oversight, and project management tracking.
• Travel occasionally to support project planning, execution, and reporting.
