Qualifications

• English language proficiency and clear communication.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision following procedures and safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to diagnose problems.
• Document maintenance actions and communicate status to teams.
• Support TPM activities and continuous improvement efforts.
