Job summary

Asahi Kasei Plastics North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Fowlerville, MI. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems across processing equipment, including extruders, compressed air, water, vacuum, feeders, dust collection, and die exhaust.

Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving. The ideal candidate has 7+ years industrial maintenance, strong electrical skills up to 480V, and experience with PM and troubleshooting of VFD/PLC-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 7 years related work experience.
• Preferred: technical school training or equivalent with 5 years related work experience.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow APNA safety guidelines and plan safety into projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on processing and support equipment.
• Document repairs and PMs in the eMaintenance system.
• Train maintenance personnel on I&E systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain complex electrical and control systems up to 480V.
